What We Do

One service, done properly

We don't build brands, run social media, or send newsletters. We run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram that put your company in front of homeowners in your service area and get them to request an estimate.

Campaign build

Ad account structure, audience targeting, budgets, and conversion tracking set up from scratch in your own account.

Ads and landing page

We write the copy, produce the creative, and build a simple estimate-request page. You approve everything before it runs.

Local targeting

Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, North Charleston, and the zip codes you actually service. No wasted spend outside your radius.

Ongoing management

Campaigns are checked and adjusted through the week. You get a plain-English report — what ran, what it cost, what came in.

What It Costs

The whole price, up front

No packages, no tiers, no annual commitment. Here is the entire structure.

$1,500 / month
Flat management fee. Covers campaign management, creative, reporting, and direct access to the person running your account.
$500 one time
Setup: tracking pixel installation, estimate-request page, and the initial campaign build. Charged once, at the start.
What we're aiming at: two to four additional roofs a month at roughly $3,500 all-in — the $1,500 fee plus about $2,000 in ad spend. That's the target we build the campaign around and the number we measure against. It is a goal, not a promise. Anyone who guarantees you a specific number of jobs before seeing your pricing, your close rate, or your service area is guessing.

How It Works

From first call to live campaigns

Four steps. Nothing happens without your sign-off.

1

Call

Fifteen minutes. Your service area, your average job value, how you get work now, and what you can actually handle. If ads are the wrong move for your business, we'll say so on the call.

15 minutes

2

Straight Answers

The questions worth asking

You've probably been called by three other marketing companies this month. Here's what we'd want to know if we were you.

How long have you been doing this?

Clayborn Marketing is new. We're building a client list in Charleston right now, which is exactly why the price is flat, the terms are month-to-month, and you keep control of the ad account. You can leave at the end of any month and lose nothing but that month's fee.

If you'd rather hire a firm with a decade of roofing case studies, that's a reasonable choice — and it will cost considerably more than $1,500 a month.

Where are your testimonials and case studies?

We don't have them yet, and we're not going to borrow someone else's or dress up numbers from a campaign we didn't run. When we have results from Charleston roofers, they'll go on this page with the client's name attached.

How many leads will I get?

Nobody can answer that honestly before looking at your market, your budget, and your pricing. What we can tell you is what we'll spend, where it goes, and what every estimate request costs you — reported every week, in numbers you can check yourself inside your own ad account.

What do you need from me?

Admin access to your Facebook page and ad account, a card on file with Meta for ad spend, and someone at your company who answers the phone quickly. That last one matters more than the ads. A homeowner who requests an estimate on a Saturday morning calls the next roofer by Saturday afternoon.

Why only roofing, and only Charleston?

Because the same ad angles, the same objections, and the same seasonality come up over and over in one trade in one market. Specializing means we're not learning your business on your budget. It also means we won't take on a direct competitor down the street while we're working with you.

Who You're Working With

A local operator, not a call center

Koda Smith
Founder · Clayborn Marketing · Charleston, SC

I run Clayborn Marketing out of Charleston. When you call, you get me — not an account coordinator, not a ticket number, and not a different person every quarter.

I work with a small number of roofing companies on purpose. Every campaign I run, I build, watch, and adjust myself. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from me before you have to ask.

The fastest way to find out whether this is worth your time is a fifteen-minute call. If your close rate, your crew capacity, or your margins say ads are the wrong move right now, I'll tell you that instead of selling you a retainer.
